Special burger meal
Aberdeen Angus 100% beef burger – no horse meat – honest. Grilled from frozen for 20 minutes.
Sliced onion fried in oil for a few minutes then add very thinly sliced potato (slices soaked in cold water for 10 minutes then dried on kitchen roll).
Chop a carrot into sticks and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and fry separately in a small pan. Near the end add some dried thyme and a bit of cumin powder.
Add some cumin powder to the onion and potato and mix in. In fact keep mixing and turning the onions and potatoes throughout. After onions and potatoes look well fried and beginning to nicely char, mix in the carrots and press down. Sprinkle some grated cheese over and leave to melt in.
Serve up and enjoy!!
